Our Certificates

Group of companies "Starmar Marine Services Ltd", has certificate of recognition of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping , № 14.10625.240 from 20.11.2014. This Certificate is valid until 20/11/2019. According to the certificate of recognition, our group of companies has authorized to:

Development of technical documentation, installation, repair and maintenance of marine machinery installations, according to RMRS Code 22014000, especially; Repair of all types of marine engines and gearboxes, compressors, pumps, capstan and windlass, repair and installation of all types of ship machinery and equipment of engine room, steering room, and decks, on ships under supervision of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

Meanwhile, according to the certificate of recognition, our group of companies has authorized to make electrical work, according to RMRS Code 22014001 and 22014002; Development of technical documentation, manufacture and repair of marine electrical equipment, electrical installation and adjustment works of the ship electrical equipment, ship automatics, ship's alarm and detection system, development of technical documentation for the automation and control system of ship technical facilities, on ships under supervision of Russian Maritine Register of Shipping.

Also, our group of companies has certificate of ISO 9001:2008 and Quality Mamagement System Manual, with publication date of 13.11.2014.

According of our Quality System Manual - Principle of operation of the Group companies "Starmar Marine Services Ltd" is as follows:

Request for the repair or installation of new equipment arrives at the head office of the Group. Then the request is recorded and sent to our mechanical or electrical work shop. All price quotations are given only by the head office of the Group of companies. Repairs are carried out according are standards and controlled by the Classification Society RMRS. After repair all acts and reports be issued in Russian or English language in three copies (up to request of the shipowner). The first copy is issued to the vessel, the second copy for the Register and the third one is kept in the archive of the Group of companies ''Starmar Marine Services Ltd''.
